This was one of those free patterns on the rack at Joann.com which I grabbed thinking it would be a good weekend project, and it was!
I used a mix of bulky yarn I had in my stash from various sources. I didn’t have an S hook so I used my N hook and followed the pattern exactly. The finished dimensions were about the same, but not as high as the 5” the pattern shows. Either way, it’s a lovely wooly cozy for my kitty and she didn’t hesitate to start using it. That was the ultimate goal 🙂
